Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum amount for depositing money into your frt99 account is ৳300. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for all methods.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase due to the verification process or additional security checks.
4.3 Transaction Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited — only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
4.4 Deposit Rejection and Refunds
frt99 reserves the right to reject any deposit on grounds of suspicious transactions, evidence of fraud or applicable law. Funds deposited incorrectly due to a technical error will be refunded.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A specified minimum deposit amount must be met to receive this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Before the welcome bonus becomes withdrawable, bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount must be placed. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user is entitled to one welcome bonus offer only.
- Wagering bonus funds may be restricted on certain games.
- frt99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.
- Multiple accounts or multiple family members using the same device are not eligible to receive a bonus.
5.4 VIP Program and Cashback
frt99's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Tiers advance through regular play and weekly cashback is available. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Limits
frt99 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and market. These limits may vary depending on the type of game and applicable conditions.
6.2 Bet Cancellation and Changes
A bet once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Exceptions may apply in the event of a technical error or event cancellation.
6.3 Result Disputes
If there is a dispute regarding the result of any game or bet, the support team must be notified within 72 hours. frt99's decision will be considered final.
6.4 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of the system.
- Placing bets using any software, bots or automated tools.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
- Placing collusive bets in coordination with other users.
